Yesterday night while i was trying to sleep i though to habits: especially the cigarette habit.
I have to say i have been a smoker since i was 13 (now 23), yes almost 10 years of shit and now it's so hard to don't smoke a cigarette when i wake up in the morning.
So, what really is an habit? What really makes you addicted to something and why you miss it so much?

And..eventually..love can be an addiction? Well, how much of an habit there's in love? Are we completely sure that what we call "love" is a pure sentiment?

Mhh...i think i'll come back to sleep. ^^
